The Golf Villas at Wynstone community is located on Clubhouse Drive, North Barrington, IL, 60010, in Wynstone, a gated community in the Village of North Barrington. There are 8 Golf Villas. The community is served by both Ela and Cuba Township and Barrington and Lake Zurich school districts.

Golf Villas at Wynstone is managed by the Golf Villa Homeowners’ Association (HOA) a Not-for Profit, managed and operated by a Board of Directors. The Golf Villas at Wynstone is governed by Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, and the Wynstone Architectural Review Guidelines. These documents ensure the community is maintained in the highest regard and are located in the Golf Villas of Wynstone website under the Documents Section.

Annual Association Fees

The annual association fees are established by the Golf Villas at Wynstone Board of Directors with the approval of the budget. The current annual fee is $4,000., paid in quarterly installments on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. This fee is paid by all Golf Villa homesites in the community. The association fees are used to maintain the community common property areas.

Refund Policy

In the event the Golf Villa homeowner pays over and above the established annual association fee, the homeowner will request a refund via email from the Homeowner Association Treasurer. Overpayments will be refunded to the homeowner within 7 business days of receipt of request.
